The national GP patient survey has been sent by NHS England for 2022 to a cross section of patients. We encourage our patients if received, to complete the survey at your earliest convenience. This will ensure that we are able to continue to improve patient experience within our practices.

Although most of you will receive the survey in the post we understand that you may also receive a text message including a unique link which allows you to take part online.
