Important information regarding the relocation of New Cross Health Centre

Your GP surgery is relocating to new premises on Monday 2 October 2017.

The new address will be: The Waldron Health Centre, Suite 3, Amersham Vale, London, SE14 6LD, Telephone Number 020 3049 2249

The existing telephone number for enquiries and appointmentswill remain unchanged.

There will be no change to the practice doctors and staff – all will move to the new location.

As a registered patient at the New Cross Health Centre you will automatically be able to continue to receive medical services at the new location.

You do not need to do anything and your medical records will be securely transferred to the new location. The practice team very much hope that you will continue to remain registered with the practice.

On Friday 29 September 2017 the Goodwood Road surgery will be closed from 1pm whilst the move takes place. We would encourage patients to order and collect repeat prescriptions earlier in the week.  If you need urgent advice or need to see a doctor on the afternoon we are closed please contact 020 3049 2370, to speak to a receptionist. Usual clinics will resume at the new location on Monday 2 October.

You will receive a letter from Lewisham Clinical Commissioning Group in due course that will contain more information regarding the relocation.

If you have any questions about the move please contact the New Cross Health Centre on 020 3049 2249
